Returns

As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

However, we stand behind the quality of our snacks! If your items arrive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds or Replacements

If there is an issue with your order (e.g., severe damage during shipping, incorrect item received), we offer a replacement or a full refund. To be eligible, you must contact us at hello@tastybakery.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

We require the following details in your email:

  • Your Order Number
  • A clear photograph of the damaged/incorrect item and the packaging it arrived in
  • A brief description of the issue

Processing Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (if applicable).

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
